In the physorg.com site, it says "It's the farthest object ever discovered to orbit around the sun" What about Sedna? I thought that was way further out.

A: Because somebody in power was molesting Wil Wheaton. Q: How could Janeway fall for a hologram?

Anyone else notice something wrong with that right hand of hers?

HVD - Holographic Versatile Disc I see that this is kind of old, but I thought I'd post it anyways in case there are people on the boards who don't know about it, since I just found out today. http://www.optware.co.jp/english/what_040823.htm

It's so sad that yet another great Trek actor has passed. I loved the TNG episode where they rescued him from transporter stasis after all those years, and he sacrificed himself for the Enterprise-D at the end.

So just to be sure.... The Betamax ruling hasn't been overturned? Oh, and btw. I completely agree with what was just said above me about it not being stealing because I wouldn't buy it anyways. You see, Lois & Clark is my favourite show ever. And although I could have downloaded the first season, I chose to buy it because it's not rediculously expensive like star trek sets. I would never consider buying a Star Trek DVD Set so me downloading all the eps I want is not stealing because no ones losing any money over it.

TOS - The Enemy Within, although yesterday I finished off watching DS9 with "What You Leave Behind" I never realized how good the series was until I watched it from beginning to end. Now I'm moving on to TOS because it's the only series of which I haven't seen all the episodes. Actually I think there are still a few TNG eps that I haven't seen, but I'll get around to them. I have every ep of every trek on dvd (downloaded they play in my DVP642)

I don't smoke, and never will. I started high school this past year and I was truly shocked at how many people I knew from elementary school started smoking, especially the girls. I can't even have a conversation with these people about their habit and the health risks because they just don't want to hear it. And I still don't really understand how they get a steady supply of cigarettes. I was at a local convenience store a few weeks ago, and this kid in front of me bought 2 packs of ciagarettes. He goes to my school. He looked like he was maybe 16 and the cashier didn't even ask him for ID. They have a sign on the counter that says "Under 19, No Tobacco. It's the law. We Ask For ID" or something like that. Yet, this child was able to buy the cigarettes, no problem.
