(To stay on track) With all the budget cuts resulting from the lack of new followings of the Star Trek franchise, I'm not surprised that they had to dig into boxes of old props and recycle them. They could've at least changed it a little. Maybe wrap Christmas lights around it...

Alternate reality! All the Star Trek babes suited up in naughty, skin-tight, leather outfits...^_^. But seriously, the possibilities are almost endless. The twisting around of characters would be enjoyed by most, if not all, Trekkies.

I actually think that for the prophecy to be a circular one is a good idea. I would go for having the series end with Jake Sisco starting on the road to follow his father. Also, I really wanted them to continue exploring the alternate reality...

Actually, my dog loves to drink out of my stagnant-for-the-moment pool and eats more grass than my lawn-mower. He also chomps on guava and avocado I grow in my backyard. BTW, the vet's diagnosis was that he's merely old. The cough is actually due to his enlarged heart. Some doggy heart medication and a low-sodium diet was ordered. Damn dog... I would kick him for being so troublesome if I didn't love him so much...

Yeah, you're right. ***RANT WARNING***RANT WARNING***RANT WARNING*** This is just like Thanksgiving last year, when one of my relatives accidentially left our sideyard door open and he got out. He was picked up by the Orange County Animal Control and held in their kennel for 4 days. After spending almost $400 to get him out, I found out 2 days later that he had contracted kennel cough. Taking him to the vet (24-hr emergency vet, no less), subsequent treatment cost me an additional $400. ***RANT OVER***RANT OVER***RANT OVER***RANT OVER** I hope vets work Saturdays...

My doggie is 15-going-on-16 yrs. old. Recently, he's developing a cough during nights and early mornings. It starts out with a few dry (and sometimes very wet) coughs, then he gags as if he's trying to upchuck something. Nothing comes out though. Does this soung like a cold, or something more serious? I'm cheap, and wanna get some professional opinions before going to a vet.

I've been following both "Invasion" and "Surface" pretty closely. But today, I've officially lost interest in the latter or, aka, deleted all the episodes I have. Too boring and too slow!

I'm surprised no one thought of recommending... the X-Files! One of the greatest... up til season 8, anyways. If there was ever evidence of chemistry between actors/actresses making/breaking a show, this is it.

It's not bad, but it is quite slow. It looked pretty good from the teasers. "Mommy, you smell different." AHHGHH! Gives me chills just thinking about it.

Just finished Voyager, and I would have to say I'm a little disappointed. A very Disney-like ending. Good guys win, good guys go home, and bad guys lose. I expected something darker...
