yea i never noticed it eather till the rape scene in Nemisis, but i didnt take any real notice of it then, only when i saw it mentioned in that other ep did it click as a consistency. lol (heads up: my chick loved it when i started useing that word instead of 'sweetie' suggest you guys use it on your ST loveing girls too :P )

a good idea except i think they've really over-sucked the 'ALIENS ARE TRYING TO KILL EARTH!!!!111one!!!11' scenario... i mean at the basis of it, thats what Nemisis was about (the loonie clone wanted to kill everything on earth) the borg wanted to assimilate the planet in first contact, in enterprise it was the xindi loosers. i think they need to do one with the federation being more agressive, (altho the borg has also been milked heavily) one where the federation actually makes an offensive on the borg could be intresting, along with romulans, cardi's, the dominion, klinks and all that. altho something more well thought out then what iv suggested.

yea enterprise really screwed the timeline... if i remember rightly wasnt it kirk who made first contact with the romulans and klingons? or did i miss something there? (also if i remember rightly it was kirk who gave the klingons cloaking technology by stealing it from a romulan ship... or was it the other way around... i remember reading something about that in my friends omnipedia...)

lol my net runs at 56k speed (capped) and with a sister like my mine its more along the lines of 14k. besides, shareing knowledge is how we learn things. :P by shareing the fact id noticed the consistency with you, you proceeded to look into and learned something of it :P id look on google myself except it has a tendency not to load properly. i just watched an episode of TNG named "Violation" it was about memory reading aliens and such, and in this they attack troy (as all bad guys seem to enjoy doing) i noticed a consistency between this episode and the new movie Nemisis. something very odd altho im hopeing its just coincidence. dureing the 'rape' scenes, the attack whispers the word 'Imzadi' (spelling taken from the script i have for Nemisis.) both had them the same, said the same way, in a whispery voice. i wonder, could this be her name in the betazed language? (does anybody know if 'imzadi' is another (human) language? if so what does it mean?)

yea thats kinda dumb... i dont see whats wrong with letting two people who care about each get married... and it doesnt really affect anybody (other than those directly involved) if they're the same sex... anyways, has anybody else noticed that this has gone way off topic? lol!

well it might not be a desktop set as much. but i had a place to get alot of these themes and such from, all free. unfortunetly it seems the place closed down. BUT! i still have ALOT of the stuff i got from them so ill upload a few examples to image shack, if anybody knows a place i can host .zip and .rar files let me know and ill upload a bunch of crap. (includeing its schematics) ST:N script, claims to be the OEM First version. reliability on that is questionable. large ship table listing various ship types. various themes, including "TNG Comp" "Klingon Theme" "The Wrath Of Khan" maybe one or two others. the folder isnt very well organised at the moment.... various starship cursors. (theres alot of them... to many to specify. lol) Star Trek Map for Duke Nukem 3D a Warp Calculator. it tells you the exact m/sec for a warp speed (I.E. it says warp 1.748 = 1,928,832,597 m/sec.) a Stardate Calculator. that automatically figures out the stardate for you based on your clock. (it also tells you how to read it and has a calculator to figure out the stardate from a date and time of your choice. or the date and time from a stardate of your choice. a Klingon word processor. ...well it looks klingon... other than that its not much different from notepad... Klingon Clock. ok this one is kinda cool but kinda scary. it tells you the time in normal earth format. and if you click the Time button it speaks the time to you in klingon... thats right, klingon. not english. >.>;; it can also be told to have all its stuff in klingon and not english... adding to the scariness... definetly for a klink fanatic. a few basic basic screensavers. also if you really are looking for something kind of fun, there is the Lcars Terminal program. which can actually be used to replace Explorer.
