Jeez, either picard, or wesley, or the traveller. I would love to have the boy genius of wesley or the time and space control of the traveller which supposedly wesley also has. And picard is just the man. He is the very model of a futuristic starfleet captain.

I can't even understand how so many people in the story view what the kid wrote as a threat!!!! and such a threat that his own grandparets called him in as if he was going to go to school the next day and raise the dead. I mean the kid didn't name any names the school was just some school. Its scary when you can't even possibly imagine what those people are thinking even giving them all the benefit of the doubt. I mean at worse i could imagine people wanting to send him to therapy or something incase something was up. Yeah thats what most seem to have concentrated on, i think i'm going to check one out called Episode 1: the vergence of the force, the other one that myspleen.net has up doesn't sound as good as it has jar jar swearing in it, which is a bit to much of a reversal for jar jar i think. I wouldn't mind seeing a major fan edit where even the dialogue is completely redubbed. I thought that was one of the major flaws of the prequels.

I'm not quite sure what your trying to get at?? is it like a fantasy idea or something??? like that would be neat if things were that way?? one thing though is you should do a little more research into evolutionary theory since from your posts you seem to have more of an understanding of the deffinition of evolution and less of evolutionary theory. Oh also so is this what my head could be like like that water dude?? like over extremelly long periods of time or through like muscle control or??? You should check out this documentary called "the future is wild", its all speculation on possible evolutionary advancements, its pretty cool, all just fantasining pretty much but deffently cool with good thought put into it, what i think your trying to get at, reminds me of that.

If it was possible that that skull was an ancestor of the human race and we evolved from it, there would be a huge deal made out of it. Its a big deal whenever anything like a tooth is found that might be some sort of "missing link". I don't know an awful lot about archeology or evolution or biology so i trust the people that are apart of those respected academ communites since they spend there lifes trying to understand those topics better. If you don't learn to trust some "experts" and try to simply rediscover and learn everything yourself no progess will ever be made. You have to put your trust in the academic community, and not criticize there methods without well thought out and properly supported evidence, and best if you yourself are from the same academic community or at least the one your from is related to the flaw you point out.

I've seen a few edit of the different star wars films, and haven't gotten around to seeing any of them. Was wondering though if anyone here has seen any and what they thought of them. Mainly the prequels though, after seeing episode III i almost think thata proper edit of the prequels could make the films all good, wondering if anyone has actually succeeded in their fan edits yet.

there are three episodes that stand out in my mind as the worst episodes of their respective series. TOS - the way to eden nothing but an excuse for spock to jam with a bunch of hippies VOY - the series finale it was terrible in my opinion i found it hard to watch in my opinion. couldn't stand the whole time travelling janeway after so many years. Either the future time police people should have just killed her or they could have come up with a better series finale instead of her destroying the borg and completely rewriting a bunch of time. X-files - that stupid video game episode you know that one where mulder gets stuck in the video game? I couldn't beleive how bad an episode that was, WOW it shocked me more then the super computer one that controlled the building and killed the people that were in it. oh also the series finale of X-files, i was all excited for mulder to be back instead i was just dissapointed horribly, any other episode in the last season was better then the last two

I thought she was a good charachter that added a curious childs perspective on space travel, and led to some good clean laughter some times

Maybe its all a trick and christoepr eccleston is staying on, and they just want us all to think he is going to die in the next episode!!! so he's about to die, and then!! he doesn't!!!! That would be good, i've really enjoyed the new doctor chris really knows how to act well, and I like the emotion he really added to the doctor well if he's gone at least there will be a regeneration sequience and that will be exciting and all, hopefully i will enjoy David Tennant as the doctor as much or more!!! and I hope Jack stays on, which i think he might for sex appeal for female viewiers which that purpose was quiet apparent in the last ep(bad wolf)

Although they are self-replicating doesn't mean we are any closer to any sort of artificial intelligence, thats when the real fun begins, oh and when we got these things It will be awhile yet i think untill we can make anything we can really call intelligent, and then concious is the real question, till then I pray for the day i can make enough money to buy me a sony qrio if they are ever released to the public.

I think most of us on this forum can agree that war and violence is a horrible solution, although i'm sure most of us aren't in a situation like the maquis are in which could possibly drive us to violence. Although alot of people, including myself speak non-violence, i'm sure there is a point where we would resort to it, it can at times look like such a simple solution, or last desperate act, almost like an adrenalline rush, and your instincts start to control you. Even though i'm sure we all have that point that would drive us to violence i'm not sure if it is truly ever a solution except for in the short term, although i think about what I would do in the federations position when the borg invaded and I have no idea what I would do then?? That would be intersting topic, non-violent means of repelling the borg, or would violence be neccesary? Would there be a way to minimize the fighting??

For me I really dug the scarf it was awesome, really awesome. I like how he just wore it dangly and how long it was and he always wore it didn't matter what the weather really was. Speaking of that too Tom bakers pockets were awesome too :P alot like mine, except filled with more usefull things. I also really liked how in the Android Invasion the doctor was obsessed with ginger beer, mmmm ginger beer.

Tuvok was also in some DS9 mirror universe episode.

Truly it depends on the end results, as cliche as that is.
