botshifter
I'd say all the 'real news' shows are biased towards conservatives, and all the 'entertainment news' shows like the daily show are biased towards the liberals. Seems there is no way to find unbiased news in the U.S. anymore. I simply don't watch the news; I find the news to be frustrating and corrupting, not to mention dull and repetative. Any important story filters down to everyone through other means anyway.
Wannie
Futurama, TNG DS9 Voyager, Brisco County jr, Scrubs, Family Guy, All Spider-Man cartoons, the Tick, any cool documentaries I come across - just watched Stupidity. It was pretty cool but also scary. If you want to be even more creeped out about Fox News, I reccommend Outfoxed. It's a cool documentary about how evil Rupert Murdoch is and how he controls the information that most American's receive (and he is, of course, largely responsible for Bush being elected the first time). SanderK
I just watch enerprise from this site and well not much more. But I have to say duch television sucks lately, so that's also a big reason I don't watch that much. Damn why am I honest about this. It could be a great oppertunity to nag about how bad elevision is for, well every thing... But nah the television is just a bit to divine (as stated here earlier some where). Start fooling around with something like that and my housemate's will probebly kill me if they ever find out about such a post... :o There goes the great freedom of the internet! Elladan
Anyone seen team america that new film by the makers of south park? I love it's so damn funny I hate anything with any resemblance to South Park. Give me nice Leslie Nielsen.. funny enough for me. Besides, I have brains. I do not like South Park's cursing to influence my little granddaughter (2 years old now... late child). In fact, I'd sue them for it if that were possible. But alas. lamp
some of the new south park that is a bit more political is really funny and clever. team america is about terrorism and americans, it pokes fun at loads of things like stereotypical hollywood film plotlines, americans, terrorists, the way america views the world and the way the world views america. the language can be a bit crude but its really funny.
