Really? It's Star Trek. Have you ever known a series to end on a down note? Even DS9 ended with hope. I would be very surprised (and a bit disappointed' date=' truthfully) if a series ended darkly.[/quote']

I actually did expect Voyager's last season to be more like DS9's. The change in the roster with Ezri stirred things up, and I certainly didn't expect Sisko to be...spoiler... It's just that after 7 full seasons of trying to get back to Earth, we didn't even see Voyager actually reach it! (except in temporal episodes) Just in reach of it... :(

Star Trek eh? That's that really cool sci-fi show that the don't show on free-to-air TV in AU right?

Last ep I watched was last year, it was Voyager, and it was *trying to remember* The one where they're all in the world war on the holodeck and seven sings.....anyway.....too long ago. Must rectify that.....*re-inserts self into the collective*

It does get put on free-to-air in AU, just never consistently. I hate it how they are always willing to drop sci fi from the programing whenever any sport is happening.

Chan 9 is due to play season 3 or 4 of enterprise soon I believe. In theory...

As I said, I'm watching all the episodes in order, by stardate. The odd thing is, going with that order, Court Martial comes right before The Menagerie (which is the episode I just watched). First Kirk gets a real court martial for false reasons, and then Spock gets a false court martial for real reasons.

As far as I know the stardates are not consistent anyway. Somewhere I read that they are actually just a gag.

They just tried to make each one higher than the last, and failed a great deal of the time. WHen TNG started, they actually got a system for them, although they sometimes screwed up there, too. Of course, the stardates are canon, being in the actual shows, and so the canonical episode order is by stardate.

I just watched DS9, first episode of season 4: The Way of the Warrior.

Great that Worf joined the crew of DS9, nice action scenes too!

EDIT: Just finished the third episode of that same season: The Visitor.

Oh man, that was such a sad story. I just sat here trying to keep myself from crying. *pfiew, takes a deeeep breath*

I have been watching them all in series since about a month ago, started with TNG, then DS9, then VOY, currently on ENT S3-6, I watched some of TOS but its really hard to watch sometimes as there is so much wrong with it being attacked by a pink blob just isnt as interesting as it was 40 years ago, and I can only watch it "for a laugh" so many times

Roll on the next movie, series and ST: Online :)
