bbbb
This is a very good thread to have on this site. There are many games already on this site so people can get any game they ever wanted of Star Trek. I recommend getting Elite Force, because it's fun and easy to learn. Armada would be a bit harder to play but certainly worth the download. There are so many addons for Armada that you'll love the game even more. Ever wanted to defend the Death Star with a fleet of TIE fighters and Super Star Destroyers, or to simply destroy it? Then the Star Trek vs Star Wars mod for Armada I (yes the original, not the sequel) is for you. It is almost 40mb large but you can also build runabouts, Galaxy class ships and the older Ambassador and Excelsior class ships. Did I forget to say the Prometheus class? It's there too (and super powerful for its size). Unlike its Armada II counterpart it is COMPLETE, not a demo. You can find it on armadafleetcommand.com or the home site for the mod from Project 90. Simply go to google and search for the Star Trek vs Star Wars mod by project 90. If you like Armada enough try Armada II, all on this site (the best site). I also recommend heading to the sci-fi movies sections as the 700mb version of A New Hope now has some 4 or 5 seeds, meaning a reliable download. Thanks to those who seeded that great movie. Just a question though. What happened to the torrents for the DVDrips of the three original trilogy movies? These are highly reliable and download even faster than the smaller files. Star trel command 3 or Armada 2 for fleet control role playing games. Elite force 2 for first person shooter story line. Bridge commander is also a good game though prefer STF3 or armada2

darkness27834
i lost my copy of bridge commander, does anyone know where i can download the full version?
Tenebrae
Uhuhuh. Someone hasn't read the site rules. No torrenting or the facilitation thereof. Might I suggest a little known search engine named Google to aid in your search though?
Steveo
You can 'download' the full version in a shop, where you pay money and in return get a disk. It's less downloading, more purchasing.
Tenebrae
"Download" it from the shelf and "upload" money from your wallet to the inevitably facial unfortunate shop assistants hand.

gjnave
im surprised to say that Ive never played a Star Trek game... except for Star Trek 25th Anniversary.. which is more up my alley as types of games go. http://www.mobygames.com/game/star-trek-25th-anniversary
Mindwalker
The 25th Anniversary game was one of the first encounters I Had with Trek, actually. Found a demo on an old compilation CD once. And my favourite Star Trek game has to be The Birth of the Federation, with Bridge Commander as a close second. Although I just HATED my XO during the entire game. Me, the captain - "Uh oh. I did something bad." Saffy, the XO - "I'll report you at once, you bastard. I should have had that captains chair. Not you. Smelly hippie." Well, come to think of it. The XO's obvious lust for my chair is kind of amusing. But hell, if she could just pull her OWN god damn weight and order Red Alert and Shields Up like Riker does. But only when fired upon, of course. Good game though.
