I voted for "Yes, I want to see MORE single eps of french cartoons on the site." becuase I believe that Niteshdw's Sci-Fi Fansite & Forum should expand to the relm of french Cartoons. I had been working the streets for 5 years and had conracted aids and was spreading it to all my johns. IamLou Posted September 4, 2005 Share Posted September 4, 2005 Before being a cartoon, Bob Morane was a series of books (a couple hundreds) aimed toward the teenage market. Morane started out as something of a French James Bond but quickly when sci-fi. My favorite book was the one were Morane went back in time and, because his elephant gun was useable, he had to defend himself barehanded against a dinosaur. When the cartoon came out, I found that it was not as appealing as the books of my youth had been. So for those of you who like the cartoon, I highly recommend the books: you'll laugh, you'll cry, and, more important, you will not want to admit to anyone that you not only enjoy these high tales but you got in them like a wolverine in C4's pants. Can you imagine how amazingly better the Jurassic park movies would have been if Bob Morane was in them? It would be cool (wicked + Awesome) times infinity. No, He "Time Travelled" straigth back to the past. JP is for sissies dude! BM never did things halfway! He never killed, he hit with deadly force... Scientists now say that dinosaurs were actually covered in feathers, possibly even multi-coloured plummage. So, it's back to the drawing board for Jurassic Park. But I agree with SOV13T: compared to a guy a give deadly blows to poor little defenceless man-eating dinos, we all sissies! And by the way, I call JP a sissy place because you can escape from it. The Jurassic age (if I recalled correctly) was saved from BM by some extraordinary (some would say highly improbable) act of intelligence from the great Bob Marane himself.
