Before I started collecting the episodes of Trek, I had no idea what eps were from each season, but I did have my fav eps. After I collected the run of TNG I was plesentelly surprised to find out that all my favs (save for one or 2 eps) were ALL from season 5 :) Most notabally: Darmok Ensign Ro Silicon Avatar A Matter of Time Hero Worship Ethics The Outcast Cause and Effect Imaginary Friend I, Borg The Inner Light Time's Arrow, Part I Jeez, that's like 3/4 of season 5! Yeah but Season 1 is also filled with a lot of crap (like that episode about Tasha Yar fighting a Tribal Lady). Thw worse season = 2. The best seasons = 3 or 6. Wazer Posted September 22, 2005 Share Posted September 22, 2005 This was tough it's been a while since I have seen any episodes other than series 1 which I have on DVD. A friend of mine bought most of them on VHS as they came out so I have seen most episodes several times. I think TNG got better as it went along everything from series 3 was brilliant and the earlier series were good enough to get me hooked and staying up late to watch episodes. They showed them at around 11pm here on a tuesday night and being only 11 when the show first started meant this was very late. I voted for series 7 because it had some of my favourite episodes like Pegasus and All Good Things... Also thought Stewart's performance was excellent in "Inner Light" as he portrayed his character progressing through the years and him raising a family...
