Guest c4evap
A good friend I used to work with turned me onto Alias. I think this is one of the best action shows I've ever seen on TV. Has anyone else seen it? It stars Jennifer Garner. c4 B)

Fenriswolf
Yep. I've caught one or two epsiodes of Alias, Jennifer Garner was so popular in that show they offered her the role of Elektra because of it :) The show also features Quentin Tarantino in one episode if my memory serves me correctly. Have you ever seen 24, c4?
Soulreaper
Alias is somewhat cool - the only thing I loath is the typichal "we're out saving the world, and nobody knows anything, and we're so cool and the best, everyone else sucks - attitute" Otherwise a cool show and YES, Tarantino was a major badguy, and a real good one at that!! :D
freelancer
kinda soap-opera in my oppinion. reminds me alot of "la femme Nikita" i stick to BSG & others
StitchInTime
I liked the original movie, but somehow I couldn't get into the series.

NiteShdw
Um, does this belong in Other Sci-Fi or is Alias not really a Sci-Fi show? (I don't like the actress at all)
Cerberus
No, Alias isnt Sci-Fi. More like a bad attempt at a spy show with zero basis in reality...
Guest c4evap
Yep. I've caught one or two epsiodes of Alias, Jennifer Garner was so popular in that show they offered her the role of Elektra because of it :) The show also features Quentin Tarantino in one episode if my memory serves me correctly. Have you ever seen 24, c4? Yes, Quentin Tarantino does appear in the show. Yes, I've seen 24 and I like that show as well. A friend is DLing it. When he's done he will share it with me. So far I've seen seasons 1 & 2 only. Never seen it but going to dl one and watch it. As soon as I find it...LOL! :p Do a search on "ISOHUNT". That's where I found it. I liked the first 2 seasons' date=' after that... it's been a little boring.[/quote'] Are you kidding? Season 3 (where I'm at now) totally rocks. So many twists and turns! Um' date=' does this belong in Other Sci-Fi or is Alias not really a Sci-Fi show? (I don't like the actress at all)[/quote'] I posted it here because I thought "Ten Forward" was "anything goes". Why don't you like Jennifer Garner? No' date=' Alias isnt Sci-Fi. More like a bad attempt at a spy show with zero basis in reality...[/quote'] Hahahahahahahaha...that's funny. Is there ANYTHING on TV that is based on/in reality? Even the news is not reality and "reality TV" is anything but... c4 B)

Truly a Space Opera if I've ever seen one. Still a good show though.

Guest c4evap
Yeah this series rock :cyclops: @ C4 - Hurry up and get to season 5 - cant tell more its top secret B) I just finished season 3 and starting DLing season 4. I usually do not care for "spy shows" but I think this one is fantastic!!! Every EP has kept me glued to my seat. I have a portable Panasonic DVD player and I have started to take it to work so I can watch on my breaks. EDIT: I'm having a hard time finding season 5 EPs that play well. Most seem to be encoded poorly...skips, out of sync, etc. DAMN! c4 :D :D :D
synexo
I liked the first 2 seasons' date=' after that... it's been a little boring.[/quote'] I second the motion, I really enjoyed the first 2 seasons, but since season 3 it is getting a little old. Guest c4evap
Smith & Jones Alias Smith & Jones? That was a good show too. If I remember correctly, one of the lead actors killed himself. Gunshot I think. c4 B)

(I don't like the actress at all)[/quote'] I second that. She's cute and all, but I just don't see her as a spy. And there's so many twists and turns in the story that it makes me dizzy. Detor
I sometimes watch it on tv. But i don't dl and i won't dl any episodes. I have more important things to download. I started to watch alias because i thought it had smthng to do with the comic book "alias" but i found out that there isn't any connection at all. That really turned me down. but it's Watchable. ( Is that a real word?)
