jhug666
hmm difficult cos ST has alota good tactitions, Sisko was pretty good, Garek, Dukat, Worf,Data, Janeway ect but of all of them my top three (in no particular order) are Seska (devious and as a bajoran pretty sexy), the Borg Queen and Sisko. motoxjesse
Wat about Garak, tho he did not have as much exposure that we got to see, i think he was "up there" as well, wat do you guys think?
TFMF
Yeah he knew what he was talking about - i think he would have coped well in those kinds of situations - he certainly was an excellent spy ;)
Tenebrae
The Borg Queen's tactics seemed to involve stalking 7 of 9.
jhug666
gd point about garek. as for the borg queen i think she was a little obsessed about the idea that a drone seperated from the collective could ever be happy and getting seven to be voluntarally re-assimilated would be good becasue it would validate the borg ethos
Tenebrae
It was sapphic love - plain and simple. Janeway/7/Borg Queen - the love triangle that dare not say its name aloud.

nireves1
i would say Gul Dukat but im a big dukat fan by the way Lt. Commander motoxjesse i hope that's not your hummer!!!
StevenofNine
Seska was the best tactician, but handicapped by having to use Kazon. (Culluh was the guy's name, btw.) But it doesn't matter who may have been best, on evidence, Kirk would always win. Hell, even if it costs Spock his life, Kirk wins, therefore, Kirk is the best tactician. lt.com. Rheya
there are a few, but if i am to choose only one, well my vote goes to Riker. his ideas are truly original. Data once estimated that Riker uses traditional techniques only 21% of the time.
