Pella
Possibly the most controversial era of Classic Doctor Who, offering the some of the best and the worst stories in the show's history. I wonder how Fen will vote:) A Question for the voters: Next week we move onto either Paul McGann (Audios included) or Christopher Eccelston -Which way do you want to go? underscore
jeez... im hard pushed to vote for any of these, and I was pretty young when they were on, so I shoudl remember them in some kinda childhood glow :) I suppose it has to be fenric... a case of too little too late really, but probably the best of a bad bunch (though i would point out that I dig it wasnt necessarily all mcoy's fault.) coolcat13
I had to vote for battlefield as it was the au revoir of the Brigadeer and UNIT as we knew it
Potato
The final season are all good shows. It just took them too long to turn the Titanic around after Saward put it on course for the Iceberg.
Cypha01
Curse of fenric. All of his last season is awesome, the best season of Dr who I ever saw. I love all of season 25 too bar the happiness patrol. Very imaginative/creative and innovative the whole era was, sometimes it worked sometimes it didnt for whatever reasons, but Mccoy is my favourite doctor and ill stand by him! Potato
Holy Cow!!!! Cypha actually likes something (lol). I love McCoy too... His farewell sequence where he's dying on the operating table in the TVM is one of the best moments of the film and I agree with Cypha about his last two seasons (all down to Cartmel I suspect). Pella
I don't think anything is going to catch Fenric, but I'll leave the poll open until sunday anyway. Looking forward, Am going to include the Paul McGann Audios or not?
Potato
You're the only one who could know that. Maybe you should make a descision soon. I'd vote to keep the audios seperate. Then we would know the fav TV story and the fav audio story.
Moonstalker
Curse of Fenric because of an excellent story, kind of creepy creatures, nice twist with the computer, and of course, Sophie's garters.
Cypha01
Holy Cow!!!! Cypha actually likes something (lol). :p I like quite alot of stuff, but I guess negative views tend to be heard more than positive ones, and much stuff I enjoy isnt really discussed here as much either. I love McCoy too... His farewell sequence where he's dying on the operating table in the TVM is one of the best moments of the film and I agree with Cypha about his last two seasons (all down to Cartmel I suspect). Lol, its nice that we can agree on something :) I know he's a very hated/disliked doctor, but I really do find that era the most creative and imaginative personally, allthough given it didnt allways work (season 24). Mccoy was an excellent doctor and brought back the mystery to the character that had not been seen since troughton's era. Its really a shame it was cancelled really, the next season was actually going to use the look/feel of fenric as a prototype for the stories, so its like they cancelled it just as it found its ground again. Pella
Well no surprises here - Curse of Fenric it is. Time to move on. I've decided to keep the audios and tv seperate. That way you can all have a peak ak at the big finish board and vote for your favourite audio there.
