I'm not sure about mexico much and I dont feel like reading all that but it sounds to me as if those dudes are like an extreme granola-belt type people.

i did a nasa search to take a look at those pics from a different angle.

it mainly looks like volcanic rock. thats it.

 

but i found this pic and a comment. he says he's a resident :rolleyes:

 

...well im not gonna argue, he reckons he is tryin to blow up earth cos it ruins his view of venus. he obviously has a big gun

Of course the tubes could be from lava flows. Past volcanic eruptions that have now , with the help of storms, surfaced. Being harder than the surrounding sand , would be exposed easily. But it's hard to get the past responses, as the last 5 shown have nothing to do with the topic. Children shouldn't be aloud keyboards unless they no how to use them properly.

what's wrong with them having a little fun, they arent spaming and the worst you have to do is pass it over and not read it, this is a community. please dont do this to this forum, we have a history of not being confrontational here and i think it should stay that way, i think everybody,well almost everybody :P agrees

Read the faq. #1; stay on topic. Very simple. It's hard to respond to( in ) topics when you can't read them.

I haven't ever seen lava flows that create clear tubes!!

 

Granted, maybe it's a feature unique to Mars, but I'm still not convinced it's a naturally occuring artifact.
