Nothing new there then. Spiner is "getting old" but Frakes and the rest aren't? I swear I thought Siritis was a walking zombie in the finale of Enterprise.. They can bring Data back easily. B4 technically has Data's memories and experiences, just let him magically "remember" everything including personality. Then have him reconstruct a new emotion chip, boom Data's back. The only thing going aganist it is the crew would have to accept him as Data and not a replacement and the fact that his entire "death" in Nemesis would have been proven to just be a shock value for people to see the movie. And yes - the entire crew of TNG are looking old. Frakes looked like he'd been spending a lot of time in a dumpster and yes, Sirtis looked a lot like the living dead. The others getting old is fine, they play human characters, they're supposed to age. As Tenebrae mentioned, Frakes does indeed look like he's been drinking a lot of paint stripper of late. Definitely the TNG crew, most of DS9 went off to things outside of active duty... having Harry Kim as an ensign though would crack me up. They could call the show "The 40 year old ensign".
