horowitz
Very lucky indeed! I had stopped watching DS9 when I got into my mid teens, about after season 2. Over the past few months I watched seasons 3 - 7 and it was amazing, I was shocked how good it was, especially the last few seasons. I was surprised to find I liked it more than tng, my childhood fav. Though my girlfriend likes to torment me about my geekiness in watching it, it was quite worthwhile. I have now started to watch voyager, though I'm not quite as hopefull!

GhostShadow
DS9= Awsome You= lucky I have seen every eps of DS9 like at least a dozne times each. So I can play an eps in my head. But I miss the good old days when it was all fresh. I wake up at 7 in the morning on a summer day with the dew comming threw the window and I flip on to spike TV and my 5 hours of trek starts.... Sorry, I was getting nostalgic.
gjnave
im watching season 1 again and have been shocked at the amount of incoherent technobabble that they spout... :D Anyone else notice this?
Tenebrae
Season 1 was just plain awful. There is virtually no exploration of the gamma quadrant and half the episodes involve the station and/or crew being taken over by aliens. The only interesting thing was the portrayl of the Bajoran provisional government as being very precarious... that was pretty much forgotten by halfway through season 2 though. The show came into its own in season 3 but to be fair, there were some good season 2 episodes.

Tenebrae
Apparently Michael Pillar thought that season 2 was one of the best seasons.
