From Outpost Gallifrey:

"The three are running against an episode of the new "Battlestar Galactica" series, the Pixar animated short "Jack Jack Attack," the short film "Lucas Back in Anger," and a live event, the "Prix Victor Hugo Awards Ceremony" performed at last year's World Science Fiction Convention in Glasgow, Scotland, which was written by writers Paul McAuley and Kim Newman (both of whom have, coincidentally, written for Telos Publishing's Doctor Who novella range)."

Finally got the voting figures:

Note that there is an optional preferential system in place, so getting a lot of primary votes doesn't always mean you will win. Basically, looks like the Doctor Who stories shared their preferences, which got all 3 over the line, even though Battlestar Galactica "Pegasus" got the most primary votes 137. Primary votes for all 3 Doctor Who stories combined was 246.

1st

Doctor Who "The Empty Child" & "The Doctor Dances" 247

Battlestar Galactica "Pegasus" 195

2nd

Doctor Who "Dalek" 228

Battlestar Galactica "Pegasus" 215

3rd

Doctor Who "Father's Day" 214

Battlestar Galactica "Pegasus" 213
