MrDad
Who would be more suited as supreme ruler of the Terran Empire, the cold and calculating Picard or the brutal and ruthless Kirk?
Amnot Borg
put them together, lett them fight it out. then we know. it's how we have chosen leaders for generations. it works. only the strong survive. (mirror salute)
TFMF
Picard If you watch the episode Yesterdays Enterprise - he seems to have a darker - more commanding personality and i think that would make a good ruler
Tenebrae
I think Picard. Brutality is useful to a degree but at the end of the day, machinations would probably prove more useful for a leader.
Amnot Borg
ok, very well, I choose Picard also. The technology and resources have changed in his time so he could use Borg tech to kick Kirk's butt. Poor lil Tiberius.
Guest c4evap
Kirk. He was one ruthless bastard in the MU. c4 B)
Tenebrae
I suppose it's fair to say we don't really have fair grounds for comparison - we never see MU Picard.
Guest c4evap
I would have liked to see Picard in the MU. I always wondered why TNG and Voyager didn't "stumble" into the MU at one point or another. TOS, DS9 and even ENT did. c4 B)
GlaC
I think Picard... How much he has morals in the normal universe, he might just be extremely worse in the Mirror Universe.

Tenebrae
DS9 kind of ruined the MU... ENT redeemed it. VOY kind of did it in that episode where the Doctor backup is 400 years in the future.

I loved seeing Janeway like that. All evil and whatnot. Fun stuff! :D And I agree - a TNG MU EP would have been great. Picard shooting from the hip. Riker not getting any. Worf acting like a puta...etc... :p c4 B)
maverick
no way would picard be the best! he might be a better leader or politician but as an intergalactic leader he would be boring. kirk would rule and it would be entertaining too --ing right! Mav
Picard. While Kirk would be ruthless and even go further with his "fire now never ask questions" semi persona, Picard would come up with some truly diabolical stuff. Just when you think you've seen the envelope pushed, Picard would take it ten steps further ;)
jhug666
Picard would be the ultimate ruler of the MU with either a mirror crusher of Troi by his side Shock imagine a mirror Troi - ruthless and with all her empathic abilties. RUN for the hills!!!!
Amnot Borg
It would be Troi's human side that would make her so ruthless. Doubtful the MU version of Betazed had people so hostile as humans. They'd go crazy knowing each others plotting if they were. hmmm, I wonder if Deanna's mom had any luck with Picard in the MU?

Tenebrae
Yeah, that's how you spot the evil twins. Not as easy to see it on the women though.
