vystral
I, for one, like how they plan to end it. Humanity itself should indeed be humanity's last hurdle towards dominance in the stars. I think the finale might have a very noble meaning behind it.
thesize
Facts and Happenings-This talk about Spike Tv, Paramount contacting Trek United, 3 million bucks, and the $100 000's + from fans (joe blows, nerds and geekazoids like me)alone.... Somethings up, 10% of production cost covered already ...... Season 5 might be a go, Manny is crazy into it, The Beavis Berman, and Butthead Braga will be out..... The story's are awsome ,The Actors want to continue, and there is media coverage all over.... And there is also a shit load of story to still tell before the Kirk era..... I think were gonna see another season, but from Spike, and it will probably happen a little later than usual, For Paramount to contact Trek United...( 3 mill in mind) talks at the round table will probably happen disscussing something good. You don't get a massive Co. like Paramount contacting just anyone... just my 2 canadian copper cents for all that its worth. Anyone else see it this way too???? VonHelton
just my 2 canadian copper cents for all that its worth. Um, you realize that $3,000,000.00 will only buy one episode, right? ......And that a season is 22 to 26 episodes? :stare: :stare: :stare:

As I've stated previously, the engineering room was completely torn down last week, and I suspect that the bridge is being torn down as I type this. Unless Spike TV is intending to run the 5th season without an engine room, I don't hold out much hope. :(
werecow
Colombus made it here without an engine room.. these sets are never destroyed they are saved in a huge wharehouse @ paramount for use in another star trek series, movie ,reference ,or what have you. everything used from TNG, DS9, VOYAGER, ans all the movies was saved. why does anyone thing that these sets will be destroyed? vyper
Point 1: If they do use the holodeck that means nothing is set in stone if and when we get a 5th season. Point 2: Following from point 1, if Trip dies in the holodeck it doesn't mean he has to die in the real historical battle - it can be explained away as a historical inaccuracy in the holodeck program and thus he comes back for season 5. Point 3: They may have alternate stories being filmed in case they get the said 5th season. Just like Archer once hinted there were different endings to season 3. So chill my fellow warp-whores, there are always possibilities.
Relentless
I really hope SpikeTV or some other network picks up trek :( I'd just about die if it stopped :cyclops: Relentless is a star treka ddict, withdrawal symptons might occor in which case... raging fits are to be expected :cyclops:   :stare:
MarkusSVK
I watched Star Trek since I was a child and saw every episode, but I realy think that ST has to have a break. As I can compare the qality of other sci-fi series like Galactica2004(saw the old too) it went down( thanks to some people like Braga). The franchise can't die( thats imposible). Either I don't buy things only for the trademark name.
VonHelton
If Trip dies in the holodeck it doesn't mean he has to die in the real historical battle. Archer & T'Pol can't get together unless Trip is out of the way. I was hoping that his move to USS Columbia would do the trick, but now they got this mind thing going on. Thus, the only way for them to eventually get together is for Trip to die. :stare:

thesize
hahaha, thats a good one, T'Pol and Archer right after Trip Dies, Oh for shizzzle, haha, the tension between Trip and T'pol has been well, clearly there ever since i think mid way through season 1. I guess we will just have to wait and see, i think we will get another season, just a little later, resistence is futile, the trekazoids will prevail, LOL
VonHelton
LOL. I hope you're kidding... "(To Trip) Don't think that our encounter was anything more than my desire to explore human sexuality." -T'Pol FACTS: 1. T'Pol watched Archer & his dad on the beach when he was a child......She would've been roughly 28 years old at the time. 2. She gets a posting on Earth, which just happens to be where he's at. 3. She argues with Sarrik that the High Council held Archer's father back. 4. She get's posted on Archer's ship. Being a Commander in the High Council, she could've easily refused. 5. In the Twilight episode she makes it clear that "our relationship has progressed a great deal". Archer asks how much. 6. Dr Phlox makes it even more clear: "Have you told him how you've felt about him?" No woman that I know of is gonna go to that much trouble getting close to someone unless she wants a long term relationship. ......And to a Vulcan, it would be illogical to do so. She had multiple opportunities to leave Enterprise & go back to Vulcan, with all rights & privilages, but she chose not to. B)
vystral
You know what, I have been watching all the Enterprise episodes in order and am now about a quarter of the way into season 2. I've been keeping up with season four. Anyway, I saw "A Night In Sickbay" last night and I thought all of this stuff about Archer and T'Pol was just jokes. Now I see where it comes from. Wow. That could actually happen, although it would be horribly inappropriate.
