sumiczek
Aight, so I noticed there's less and less Sci Fi movies around. When I walk into Best Buy I can't find nothing Sci Fi. Looking for some movies not older than 90's just run out of movies to watch :) could u reccomend something ? Anything that u thought was great, maybe u'll mention something I didn't see yet. Just don't comment on Tv Series, have too many of them :)
Tablet
Hmmm Scifi Movies.... Event Horizon Red Planet Ghosts of Mars The 'new' Hitch hikers guide to the galaxy Deep Impact Armageddon (anime) the day after tomorrow (it does define the definition of science fiction)
Amnot Borg
Doom Xmen1 and 2 Sky High is funny(super-heroes are scifi, right?) Tenebrae
The Ghost In The Shell films... If you want to see one of the most hilariously stupid and low budget (we're talking some horrific bluescreen) A Sound Of Thunder is a a time-travel flick so full of holes, it makes Time Cop look positively cerebral. Oh and if we're talking about horrendous time travel, the recent remake of The Time Machine... other than five minutes of pretty CGI environmental wear and tear... just laughable. Brazil is kind of a sci-fi film... Cast in a Big Brother sort of way. Very strange, rather long... not for everyone, that's for sure. Equilibrium is a great film. Uh... Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within? Sure, it had a plot written by a hippy on acid but it had some cool stuff in it. V for Vendetta is great. Verily the virtue of (c4e)vap's versimilitude is verdant and the vox populus vies for such a votive.
sumiczek
Equilibrium is like my favourite movie, just great overall. K, here's a list of movies I didn't watch that u guys recommended: Donnie Darko Delicatessen Siworae Stalker Brazil Imposter Oh and I didn't mean 90's movies, I ment nothing older that 90's, so like a movie made in 1982, not on my list. sumiczek
watched K-pax, I liked it never heard of Babylon 5 movies plus I don't like Babylon 5 and Deep Space Nine
Potato
How about independent films? Hollywood Sci-Fi is sometimes too glossy and slick and afraid to take risks. Here's one I'll recommend; it's had positive reviews posted all over the net if you want to google it: Project: Valkyrie. It's due out on DVD on June 13th (I think).
