Amnot Borg
The Wraith was about a ghost car wasn't it? Or the Devil's car? Racing people to Hell or something.
Antilles
Yes, where the car came from I dont know it was never explained, just there was some connection between the main girls dead brother (or boyfriend) and Charlie Sheens regenerating character & Vehicles. He returned to exact revenge on those who killed him in a car race!
Chiggy
I dont know but this Wraith business sounds like Steven Kings Christine to me. Buck Rogers..........because when I`m in my 30'sand have excessive chest hair, a good sized gut forming I want to loved by two good looking women! You all missed the ultimate film.......Dr Stangelove! Very funny! I-Robot.....The Cell.....Paycheck! We probably already said Close Encounters many posts ago. Guest c4evap
Sorry Ms Evap I was too busy hiding my plastic model of Voyager to notice, sorry if I offended you with my lack of reading skills........... Not a problem. And please don't hide your Voyager model. There ARE women out there who adore scifi. You just have to find them. I have the "Playmates" Voyager (sound effects, nacelles that move up and down) in my bedroom and a ton of other Star Trek/scifi stuff! BYW...this is NOT an offer for a date! :p Anyway, I cannot believe I missed these two from my list: WestWorld.......this film proves that bald men could do it right decades before Picard! 28 Days Later Westworld is a great film. I just got a fresh copy on DVD. How about Futureworld? I know a lot of people don't like this one but I think it's pretty good. Not as good as Westworld, but ok in it's own right. I'm not much on Zombie films but 28 Days Later IS really good as well! ...there was another ***World film wasnt there' date=' FutureWorld or SpaceWorld, something like that?[/quote'] Yes. Futureworld. c4 B)

You are all the same! But how could you buy anything out of a box and not give it love! My Voyager is hand painted by me (minus Borg mods sorry!).......loved with every brush stroke! Here is a little pic of my 'hide away' item. No my bedroom carpet is not orange before anyone cheeky enough mentions it! and a few more films I enjoyed ....... Star Gate Underworld 1 & 2......is it horror is it a Sc-Fi.........who knows? The Rocketeer...........I went ot the cinema to see this! Apparently 'The Goonies' is Sc-Fi.....honest (amazon told me).......time for those "hey you guys" impressions! If someones having Clash of the Titans then I`m having Jason And The Argonauts. Coccon, just the first one.......my Grandma was in it Batteries Not Included Dr. Who and the Daleks (1965).......This film sees Roy Castle showing his acting talent.......hes a real 'record breaker' dont you know.........not that I`m blowing his trumpet. Flight of the Navigator..........there isnt a person alive in my city who hasnt seen this. Species Transformers: The Movie.......You've got the touch......you've got the POWER........yeah baby...Go HotRod! The Last Starfighter Lost in Space...two films. Mars Attacks Sphere Muppets From Space...........you'd be a muppet to miss it!
Tenebrae
The Goonies a sci-fi? That's almost as criminal as writing off sci-fi and fantasy as "the same".

Guest c4evap
is that iron man the one where the kid tries to stop the robot from killing No. It's some weird movie about a Japanese guy who is turning into metal. Like I said above - it's one of the strangest movies I've ever seen. TETSU c4 B)

Man - if we're talking about Japanese movies, anybody who loves truely great, emotionally moving and intellectually engaging science fiction NEEDS to see Casshern. As well as being an amazing ,movie, it's also a visual feast, using colour spectacularly to evoke mood & meaning, and at times combining 3d animation and live action in a way thats just beautiful and does a spectacular job of evoking the world of the movie. Seriously - just watch it. I cannot recomend this movie any more highly.

Antipodean
If I dont believe in reincarnation should I still watch this film? If you don't believe in elves or orcs, should you still watch the 'Lord of the Rings' movies? Jeez Louise - it's cinema buddy, you suspend disbelief... it's half the point.
