Tenebrae
A sex pest of a character, you mean. I think the way they conceived Picard was pretty much the anti-Kirk.

Chiggy
If Picard is THE MAN......how come he had to go back into the Nexus for Kirk? For all his brain power he couldnt stop Zoran diverting the ribbon. The ladies man gets my vote...........going in the for hard kill everytime...........Picard was just frigid..........for all the lovely ladies who used to drop in.......he never did anything........and let old sweaty beard take them for himself......and the only time he found 'the one' he let her go! Go on Picard make a move in Beverly! Now thats how TNG should of ended............marriage of Picard and Beverly. Not so bright after all is he? Chiggy
You've gotta love Shatner.........for the way he used to slow the dialogue to a complete halt then speed up the last few words in every sentance........a total master stroke if you ask me. Picard does sound so much like someone out of shakespearen play. It seams picard in the early seasons thought it wise to project his voice so that those sitting in the back of theatre could hear him! Oh and that laugh.....dear me.
MrDad
If Picard is THE MAN...... .....then he's in trouble because the Undercover Brother is on a mission to take down The Man.
Lordheaven
I can't say. I like them both. They have both their odds and minuses. They are both cunning and inventive as you can require for captains disobeyeing orders. But Kirk has one lead over Piccard - he has broken the Temporal Prime Directive a total of 17 times. But still I like them both equally.

Bia
Picard seems Gay.... not that there's anything wrong with that in and of itself....but yeah. Kirk embodied the Captian role 1000 times better.
Hilander72
Where no MEN has gone before... K I R K Kirk certainly did on many occasions... ;)
bones2097
funny you should mention that..... i mean 'where no man' has gone before seems more correct than 'where no one' in that mankind hasn't gone there yet, but other species may have??? but than again the fed is multi-race.. so may be no is a bit better.... but than all captins have been human... i'm confused.. maybe thats why they dropped it???
