wahaha
Just search your registry for se.dll It's probably linked to other files or installing itself again after reboot because it's hidden in the registry.

Relentless
The last good , annoying hard pissing me off virus I got was when the Beagle virus first came out abouts, I wiped my computer from the 800 + infections and it took me about 7 virus scans reboots and all that. VonHelton
The Blaster Wurm & So-Big Virus did a knock-out punch to my brand new, $3,000 main computer....... .....Which is why I'm on this crappy backup machine. Don't let anyone tell you that viruses & wurms & such can't harm hardware. ......The proof is laying at my feet in pieces.

MindTrick
Can't remember the name of it, but it was back in the days of the "real" napster. I was on dailup, and this nice little virii would take my mp3z, move, rename, and change the size of the file to 1024k exactly. Easy to remove, after it took out 300 of my mp3z.... MindTrick
damn right it sucked.... the dailup was 28.8k... usually got connected at 19.2k. Downloading could of been faster....
werecow
BTW just curious what kind of antivirus do you ppl use now?
MindTrick
if i run any, i usually run avg. then promptly uninstall it. antivirus programs tend to cause conflicts with damn near everything, from internet access/email/gamming.
werecow
only one i had conflicts with was norton i didnt like it at all...tried macafee it sucked....ran it for 1 year on my laptop then put AVG on it....instantly found 3 that had been running for 5 months so ive been sticking with AVG...tried avast but it was too much of a system hog.. elderbear
Last one I had was a WinWord 97 Script Worm. I couldn't open any files and maintain formatting. I was an older computer running old stuff on Win98r2. I finally used Zone Alarm AV to zap it and now all is fine. I got the "I Love You" virus, but identified it w/o opening any attachments. I "saved" it as a PDF file (used to be a text file, but my virus scanner kept screaming about it), just as an example of how easy it is to f**** up a computer.
