X-Wing Alliance, Starlancer and Freelancer are very good games. I have also see much of X2: The threath. Does anyone know if that is a good game? law Posted March 19, 2005 Share Posted March 19, 2005 I just got republic commando for Xbox and am enjoing it very much. some good fun both single and multiplayer... but i would like to see a sci fi game similar to the kind of scale battlefield is on. Maybe somehow have a space ship combat game where you can do things like man a fighter ship or be a gunner on a mothership etc.... nobody would buy it tho... there just isnt the market! maybe a mod? Soulreaper Posted March 23, 2005 Share Posted March 23, 2005 I like all catagories but especially Strategy and RPG however; they bad thing that unites ALL genres is that no matter what it is; the only things that counts in the end is ** Your power - be it army strength or physical might ** which is actually starting to bore me out - A WHOLE LOT. All games are based on that and how fast you're able to assault your closest competit(or)ion. Nothing else really matters if you think about it - which really makes most games pretty boring in the end since it's the ONLY real strategy that counts... how "good" as a leader you are or how "nice" you are or how much you care about people or the environment or culture or whatever is really just BS and won't get you nowhere :cyclops: Raw power... proven my point? *I hope developers add a little bit more in future games..* :stare: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
