NiteShdw
I found bound to be fairly entertaining for the most part. One of the best parts was finding out that the men are the slaves, not the women! I didn't really like the scenes about T'Pol and Trip. I thought they had finally dropped that topic, but I guess they needed a way to get trip back to Enterprise. Nothing like a whole episode full of beautiful women ;)
waldojr
I thought this episode was awsome reminds me of watching the original star trek when kirk had women dance for him lol!!!
wahaha
Frankly, all 3 of them don't equal the 1 girl with the HUGE... in the other episode with Spiner. She was the BEST looking girl, and orion, that there will ever be on this show lol. Really though it was dull. They need to get more into the romulans and such, and expanding the fleet with more ships and battles. But that will never happen..

striker2063
Well, under normal circumstances it would say it is a nonsense-episode, but I think these orion non-slave-girls are affecting my judgement.... so, I liked it ;-) What I especially liked (except the girls) was the storyline about Kelby. He stands in the shadow of Trip from the beginning. And that Trip stays around Enterprise must made him feel pretty bad, because it must have been like a degradation for him. Hopefully he gets a good job at Columbia, where he has the chance to become a good engineer. Finally T'Pol kissed Trip. I waited for that since 3 episodes. It was very cool getting to know, that the male Orions are the slaves ;-) The Orion-story was not extraordinary good, but it would have made a good TOS-episode ;-) Some good pieces about this episode: - The mentioning of "the first series of proposed starbases"; I can remember Manny Coto who said that he would have made an episode about the first starbase in the 5th season - Conclusion to the Trip-T'Pol-Columbia - Arc - I liked the other actresses in this episode. When an Orions enters Engineering, a man is looking at her and the female crew-member besides him took his pad and turns him around, so that he can't look at her anymore; that was hilarious ;) Finally a really good episode for men and other women-lovers ;-) I can't wait for the Mirror Universe... dabrood
Well, the only thing worth watching this episode are the last 3 Minutes. The rest is - sorry - neither very funny nor interesting. But those last minutes show everything I like(d) Enterprise for. And the very last shot of t'Pol includes one thing I will never understand: How the hell is Jolene Blalock able to make you know what t'Pol is actually thinking behind her vulcan mask? I'm always fascinated by that. EDIT: My personal rating is a 2/10. Not completely crap, but the first 37 minutes just suck.
Taz
Meh. To me it felt like a desperate last cheap shot at boosting the ratings. Beautiful women enchanting all the men for an evil purpose... seen that, done that. Oh and the final twist! The women are the dominant sex! OMG what an earth shattering thought! What an absurd concept, even for an alien species! ...It just doesn’t have that much of a "wow" factor in the 21st century. I just don't think this should have been the first episode after such a long break.
Guest Guest
I think that it was a good episode, very entertaining, you got to know the characters better in this one. Felt like the ending with trip and t'pol was filmed as a wrap up to the show though, but it was nice. P.S. Why was the opening titles choped? I think most of us would forward/skip it anyway. Besides, I personally hate it ;)
NiteShdw
Removing the intro increases the average bitrate for the rest of the episode. At 175mb, I need all the extra bits I can get. I do promise NOT to remove the intro from the mirror universe episodes. Manny has promised us a 'new' intro for those two episodes. There were a number of humorous bits in this episode, but it certainly didn't keep me on the edge of my seat. The episode really seems to have been made more for sex appeal than a strong storyline. Having said that... who cares, sex appeal worked fine for TOS ;)
bbbb
T'Pol is simply insane. She never behaved like that before she became a drug addict. As for the episode, I waited with the rest of you for what, 2 months? And this is what we get? I give this episode a 1/10 and I certainly won't download it. daffydk
not the best episode, i agree. Definitely trying to shower us with pheromones. Definitely a TOS type of expisode. Although if you put this along with TOS, this would stil rank lower than many episodes. Star trek fans wants more intensity, more science, more character development. More romulans and such... Oh and I didnt like the fact that Enterprise was so easily over powered, from within and without.. In this century, there has to be better security protocals. Heck, even at nasa today they have better security measures than on enterprise years later...Like if they know pheromones affect men, why place a a male guard 1 meter away from THREE women :) What is this, a cartoon for children? Even seseme street has better logic. They can certainly do better than that...
rdoughnut
Unmanageable Rubbish. Bad acting, poor script, had me on the edge of my seat for at least 2 seconds. To be honest it is now totally embarrassing to watch US made science fiction. It has become so PC, boring, full of ‘love your neighbour’ messages it just make me ill. Look, the universe is far more interesting than a few green painted average looking casting couch hopefuls playing with Archers ‘Ego’. Instead of Milking the legacy of a great man and original tinker, is it even remotely possible for US screen writers to come up with something remotely original, I don’t think so, More rubbish to come. I just cant take any more…….
daffydk
Now even if the next episode is good, watch the ratings take a big fall. And then the morons at UPN and paramount say, look no one is watching it. A little about character development. I wish they would do what voyager and TNG did. They gave us a good idea who the crew really were. Like in TNG there were several episodes about Troi, many about Data, many about Picard, many about Riker, Geordi. Same thing in Voyager, Janeway, seven, and who can forget the countless episodes about doctor. All that while batteling aliens, meeting cool species, going through borg space, dealing with Q, romulans, etc. Here we barely get a glimpse of what Trip & tip'l are going through.. just 2 minutes in the end. I would have really liked a few episodes about Hoshi. She is barely a character that presses a button to communicate with other ships. They havent really explored her love life, her family and so on. Why is that we know Picard's favourite Tea, or his favourite authors, or that he likes to ride horses..... but I barely know what what Archer likes to do? Well its possible I havent watched every episode deligently but stil it should be obvious. Like Picard carrying a saddle in the Ships corridors.. That image is is painted in thousands of star trek fans. Or Troi's mother comming naked to her wedding :) Data always trying to smile and having super intellegence and having 'feelings' for tasha. But I guess they never wanted to try hard enough with enterprise.
kciss
I thought this episode was good, manny coto seems to be making a difference! just a shame he can't do any more work on Enterprise
mcant
Like if they know pheromones affect men, why place a a male guard 1 meter away from THREE women :) ... Yeah I know what you mean, I was almost shouting"oh PLEASE!" at the screen, and a man with a gun for christsake! Despite the implausability of the storyline, I'm quite warming to the T'Pol/Trip scenes, they are quite an amusing double act Not the greatest episode but not bad, and the idea of Orion women being in charge was a nice twist, though to be honest I should have seen it coming, if I'ld been paying more attention Unfortunately this wasn't an attention grabbing episode
cymrugirl
I am just glad that they had a half naked bloke, just to even things up ;)
bbbb
I hope this episode wasn't written by Manny Coto because it is far below his level of talent. I'm sure Coto was the one who wrote the xenophobe 2 parter. Wasn't he the one who wrote the mirror universe arc as well?
