Heh, all of a sudden I feel so very old...

Though I expected to see some older people among you, apparently I was mistaken. Please, don't take it as an insult... ;)

36, 41... Come to me, my brethren..

Let us create a sub-group of aged people... ;)

Well, good luck and godspeed to you all.

fascism is one thing' date=' elevating a man like hitler is another.[/quote']

Yes. He was more competent than Benito Mussolini, and more warlike thank Franco.

Somehow, I don't think you can have fascism without monsters. 'Tis the nature of the beast.

Which isn't to denigrate Hitler ... he did make the trains run on time ... until they got bombed to hell!

we send u a limited edition IBM from the 1940s that Hitler Used to stored date on the holocaust! now u have a limited edition Hitler IBM personal computer

I can see where your humor might bother others, but you also make a powerful point, however indirectly. While IBM wasn't yet in the computer business (their involvement in the holocaust was limited to sorting punch cards), they supported Hitler, supported fascism (and for many years, if you worked for Big Blue, you were owned by a fascist mini-state with a real leader-cult going), and (German? Polish?) subsidiary continued that support during WWII, aiding and abetting the enemies of America and humanity (not always the same thing, but the Nazi party conveniently wrapped up a bunch of them in one despicable package).

Let's not forget Henry Ford's support for Hitler, specifically his anti-semitism. Charles Lindbergh as well. But quickly now, let's rewrite the history books and not mention the Prescott Bush (El Presidente's Grandfather) also provided material aid to Hitler - he thought fascism was a great idea and ought to be the American way, too.

Does 44 count? I guess anybody who was alive for the filming of "The Cage" would qualify as an "older people" ... B)

obviously' date=' any post on the nazis and hitler is a sensitive topic. better discuss on other forums that allowed it. [/quote']

rofl, but you've got it.. ;)

Fascism is eternal.. that's the damned thing. Each time you think it's dead, some dumbass 're-invents' the whole stuff... like Haider in Austria, Fortuyn or Wilders in the Netherlands..

Those commies are no good too. But maybe we should discuss this in some other thread??

BTW, suicide is indeed not honorable... There is, however, no shame in kneeling to a superior foe. Remember that in life and you'll live 10 times... well, maybe happier? Who knows?

Humm...

my father's father was italian and a facist in his young age, my other grandfather co-created the commies party in Tunisia back in 1937, Nevertheless they were both jews...and got along very well when they met.

But Nazism it is very very different...If you have the opportunity, go to Aushwitz just to see what it was all about, it is the most disturbing experience I had in my life.

'nuff said

How can you speak of the Nameless... it cannot be described, can it?

How would you describe a formless object?

He-who-must-not-be-named must have a name, after all... you just violated your own rule.. ;)

Are you another one of them anarchists?

im gonna longer then you.

Im kinda surprised i will live to 76 being my friends have a running bet on when I will die....some of them have already lost.

Cheated death for the first time before my first birthday, and today is the 1 year anniversary since the last time I cheated death, there are plenty of them inbetween. Kinda sucks though, figured I would die some grusome death pulling one of my little stunts, i doubt ill still be so immature by that time.

Really, I wouldn't want it to be that way... But still, 95 and exactly 11 months is a nice age.. ;)

Why would I humor you? I'm the older one! :p
