Fenriswolf
A truly impressive Episode that now ranks as one of my favourites, now I am really fired up for next weeks!
dsw182
I don't think Adam will play a part in the Ep13. The character might be pop up again next series I think, but not right now. The Adam-involvement theory suggested seems a over-complicated. Keep it simple. This is a show for Saturday evening, family audiences. Complicated isn't neccessary. Jack's missing two years might be involved. I'm not convinced Davros will be involved, I reckon the voice was that of the Lone-Dalek, but we shall have to wait and see. Ignatius
YEAH but it aint the last one is it, its back over christmas. At least we will ave the second season of BSG over the summer i hope. Erm... BSG. Am I missing something? what is BSG? I'm eagerly awaiting Stargate SG-1 Series 9, Starrgate Atlantis Series 2 and The 4400, but i'm drawing a complete blank on anything that might go by the initials BSG.... :(

Pslock
Is it just me, or is it terribly obvious that it's Mickey controlling the Daleks? For starters, the actor who played Adam is not listed as cast for Bad Wolf/Parting of the Ways. The guy who plays Mickey IS, however. Mickey is not only obsessed with tracking the Doctor, but he has an obvious axe to grind, as per Boom Town. Daleks would not bother going through the trouble of putting the crew of the Tardis into deadly game shows. Certainly not Rose or Jack. But who actually holds a grudge against them? Mickey does. He obviously spends his life hating the Doctor and what he's done, while also keeping tabs on his history and movement. Perhaps some lone Dalek survivors on Earth contacted and used Mickey. Promised him revenge. Something of that sort. So, he collaborates with the Daleks primarily to get revenge on the Doctor, but he is also altered in such a way that he becomes part robot? Another piece of my theory is that the voice in the trailer of the Dalek "leader" or whoever seems to have the same accent/inflection as Mickey. I suppose it could be Davros, but I'm putting my money on Mickey being somehow involved as the catalyst and wanting to see the Tardis crew suffer. But as for Adam, I think people are making too big a deal out of him. I think Long Game was meant to partially establish that sometimes companions DO NOT work out and the Doctor makes mistakes and must quickly and cruelly say goodbye to them. nonchee
My heart had just calmed down from the 5.3 earthquake we had this morning and I watched the Doctor and it got all pumped up again. Then I started reading this thread and reality struck again! I had forgotten that the series was almost over. UGH, how will I get my Doctor fix? Thank goodness it's nearly time for SG-1, Atlantis, BSG and I won't have to wait overnight to download them. I would be lost without NiteShdw's site. I hope they find a way to keep Capt. Jack around for a while especially while we get use to the new Doctor. I think Christopher made a big mistake leaving the series. He was worried about being typecast and now he is...he is the actor who left millions of fans. Producers should be worried about his committment issues. nonchee
Ulysses
yeah its a great shame about chris leaving the show, saying that you cant blame him and he has done a brilliant job getting dr back to its best, do think I am starting to like jack in it as well kinda likes being the action man out of the trio anyway heres some more info on next weeks 13. petra1989
(The Watcher) This is the bit that interests me. Logopolis, anyone? Would not surprise me in the least. If it is, then it was the watcher sending the messages, trying to get a hold of the Doctor, just like before.
dingding100
Look, it's ME NiteShdw talking in your Dr. Who thread!... Now, Dr. Who torrents dominate the site, so maybe I should change the LOGO from an Enterprise to a TARDIS :P (or better yet... a tardis flying past Enterprise!) Hey Nite. This would really screw up the rankings. It would be something like this... n00b Timetraveller 0 - 40 posts Junior Timetraveller 41 - 80 posts Super Stud (or Studette)Timetraveller 81 - 120 posts UNIT Wannabe 120 - 1000 posts Brig. coolcat13
Lmao I would go with a more diversified ranking system with all the UNIT ranks 1st then Time Lord ranks ending in Lord President of Galifrey (oops there is no more Galifrey ,or is there?) dingding100
Sorry, might 'ave missed something but what the heck were Daleks doing on Tulla warships??? Something missed maybe from the Time War? Jack recognized them. In fact he tried to con the Doctor with an Tulla ambulance. Would it not be totally insane if Jack was the Bad Wolf? Am I just out on a limb here... *looks down, remembers fear of heights*
dingding100
Has anyone thought of the fact that "Bad Wolf" or the "Bad Wolf" might be someone close to the Doctor but in disguise? Was the Bad Wolf not dressed up as Granny in Little Red Riding Hood? I would be funny if it was Mickey. Speaking of Mix. Did I miss something? Or should he still not be made of plastic and sporting a Ken-Style hair do?
